Shopping Basics

Goods will be shipped out within 3 working days after payment is made. Delivery of good will take 3 to 7 working days depending on delivery service provider.

*Please do take note that delivery may be delayed due to MCO.

Kindly take note that you will NOT be able to request for return or refund for any orders that are completed by way to goods accepted when delivered.

What you can do instead is:

  • For any orders that you did not receive / lost / damaged in transit, you may provide the relevant documents to iKEY Customer Service to file for claims. This process should be done within 14 days of receiving the order. You will have to take pictures of the damage parcel, waybill and send these documents to [email protected]
  • For any wrong / incomplete order received, please email [email protected], within 5 business days of receiving the Product at your delivery address.

For health & hygiene reasons, some Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Kindly contact our team here to check if a specific item can be returned.

No. All purchases are only available for delivery within Malaysia.

Payments

Payment can be made with savings or current account via FPX or credit card through the checkout system.

Credits card of major banks in Malaysia are all accepted.

Sales tax will be applied on items as required by applicable laws in Malaysia.
